10. I think so. Having worked full time when my eldest children were babies, I managed to reduce my hours to 16 a week and have done that for 5 years. I''ve since had another baby and am loving being home through a lot of the week. I work as a nurse for chilldren with learning disabilities and find I always give so much more because I'm not caught up in the negative politics of work, and just love it when I'm there.
