Why does it feel like there is always something wrong with my life?
Why is there always something wrong in my life? Everyday has something bad to offer. When something bad goes, another comes. It always feels like in order to balance the good in my life, bad things need to happen? The frequency of the bad thing may vary, but it's like it always does occur. HELP.

- you must be a Michigan fan
- The only thing that helps is to have a more balanced perspective. There is a little fable about all these angels manning the prayer request office and one little angel, with nothing to do, in the prayer acknowledgement office. You are paying attention to the bad/unwanted things while ignoring everything that is going well. It is human nature to take things for granted until something goes wrong. And unfortunately, you can control only so much. Behind every bad thing is an opportunity to learn, to accept and sometimes, to overcome. C. :)!!
- Thats the way life is. Thats the yin and yang, dukkha and karmah, good and evil.
- It is possible that you have Clinical Depression. I would first discuss this with family/medical doctor (ior clinic if you don't have a doc) and ask for referral to counselor/psychologist/psychiatrist
- The reason is your thinking! Read Norman Vincent Peal's book The Power of Positive Thinking or maybe Joel Osteen's books. Change your thinking..your stinking thinking to positive thinking and things will change.
- I am guessing that you were raised around someone who was very critical of you and had a negative outlook on life in general. Environmental factors weigh heavily on a person's attitude and their assessment of their worth. I think you would benefit greatly from therapy with someone you like and trust. Find out if you like them first before you hand them your money and remember who should work in your behalf (both of you).
- Because you set yourself up for bad things coming your way. Dont think that way. Think positive. Sounds stupid and pointless cause you think that another negative thing is going to happen anyway, and it just might but after thinking something good might happen enough, something will. It's also about learning contentness -- many people theses days dont know how to stop wanting and start being grateful for what they already have... not to make it sound like you arent grateful, just saying, maybe you should see the little things more often. Think "wow it didnt rain today, its beautiful out" instead of "great i see storm clouds"..... =]
