I have buyers from overseas who wants what I am selling. How do I get the money without being scammed?
I am selling two tractors on the "Successful Farming" website see www.agriculture.com/classifieds and at the www.Machinerylinks.com website. One buyer who works overseas for Exxon in Libya has a colleage in Texas who will send a cashier's check for the price of one tractor and his friend will arrange with a shipping agent for pickup from the farm and shipping it overseas. The second buyer of a different tractor up for sale lives in England and will send a USPS money order for the price of the tractor and then it will be shipped from here to there. How can I recieve payment for these items and be guaranteed the funds are accepted at my bank?

- Pretty simple, take the cashier's check or the postal order to the bank and cash them. Then send the Tractor. Both of those forms of payment are essentially cash. But Talk to your Bank if you have any questions.
- Hello i have had bad experience with money orders people can generate fake money orders and if you take a money order in to your bank to cash and it is fraudulent then your bank can close your account so be careful. I would suggest that you receive cashiers checks and dont send the item until the checks have cleared or use bank wire. I hope this helps you.
