In search of sisterhood?

I am a sophmore at an HBCU and a lot of the girls here don't get along and the ones that do have been friends since high school. Right now I have ONE female friend that I chill with all the time, but I would like to have a couple more to go out to parties, seminars, & just to chill with. I'm not ugly and have a well balanced and rounded personality, & I am also very pretty. So, I can't understand for the life of me why I can't keep or gain any female friends... Any suggestions??? I am a member of NSCS & ABPsi, & I go out often to all sorts of events seminars, discussions ect.

1. Unfortunately women tend to have preconceived notions of one another, that is automatically assume things about you based on your looks, who you hang out with, etc. Perhaps you should get involved with some activities on campus to meet more female friends. In college, I met some of my closest friends through campus activities and clubs.
