How much does a successful massage therapist make annually?

I am going to go to school for massage therapy and will also learn basic spa treatments like body wraps and scrubs. How much would I make annually from doing that working at an up scale spa, if I am very successful?

1. You will not get rich, if that's what you are thinking. You will barely make enough to pay your bills and eat. Mostly rich people go to spas and get treatments. They are vert cheap when it comes to tipping and paying. If you are considering going to school for 2 or more years, try learning medical massage therapy. Take Phsyical Therapy courses in college. Then maybe you will make more money, working for a doctor or in your own business. Good Luck
