What is the most successful way for a Canadian Couple to immigrate to Australia?

My husband has a BSc in Geography and I have years of experience as a Human Resource generalist. We are both born and raised Canadian Citizens that would like to relocate to Australia. We are not sure how to go about it nor what we need to ensure a successful application.
