What support would you require in order to be successful within the role?

I am going to an interview and need to disscuss this point for a few minutes? what would a constructive answer be...? It is for a retail advisor role in a cell phone company. I don't want to sound to lame but not to over sure about my self.. What support would you require in order to be successful within the role? as always thanks!
