How do I change my gray happy face avatar box ?

I want to ad a picture instead of this dumb box, can someone tell me how to do it? Thanks.

1. i already answered this question... click on your pic and then edit info
2. click my Q&A and then click add info and you can do it from there.
3. You click on the box, and then a screen comes up where you can set up your avatar. It's self-explanatory from there.

5. Go to your email, than click on the happy face.
