Happy Feet game for PC dancing question?

My little sister has this game for pc. She loves the dancing parts in the game other than sometimes in some parts the dancing game goes in slow motion. No other games do that in the game happy feet. Only the dancing parts. If anyone knew the answer for this it would sure help if you answered it. Thanks!
