Is Happy Feet Being released on blu-ray in the UK?

I know its out in the us on the 27th of March If Happy Feet is not being released on blu-ray in the UK, would a us copy work in my ps3? Thank You:-)

1. Hey, how you doing? Sorry but all Blu-Ray movies are region locked. Not the games however for added info. Hope this helps :-)
