How can I ensure the success of a call center business?
I and a number of my friends pool together our resources to put up a call center business. What should we do to ensure its success?

- Hire people who speak English as a first language.
- Don't hire staff with indian accents because they will automatically be hung up on. And don't do it in Australia because we have a DO NOT CALL register and it is illegal to call registered phone numbers, like me : )
- I think you should first consult with those who already have a running call center. Ask them for advice and tips.
