What are five qualities that help to determine the success of presidents.?

I am writing a reoprt for government class and need help. The actual question is identify and define five qualities that are important in determing the "success" of a resident. Any help would be great. Thanks!

1. As an outsider looking in (from England) (and considering past successful presidents) I would list the following: Good looks Charismatic personality Integrity Honesty Belief in self Wealth Edit - I was thinking of John Kennedy - not the Abraham Lincoln's of this world.
2. I can't believe the other answerer said good looks and wealth. Some of our best presidents had neither. Intelligence would be first in my mind. All our truly great presidents have had that. Strength of character that makes others want to follow them. The ability to communicate well - another leadership quality. Reasonably high moral standards. Empathy for all.
