7. It would depend heavily on which audience they were targeting. For example, if Pizza Hut were owned by African Americans and they maintained the same generic focus on white and blue collar suburban families then yes, they would still be a big success. However, if they decided to target a primarily African American audience (for example, if Pizza Hut went Hip-Hop) then they probably would tank big time because their target audience would be too limited. Of course, this would be the same if Pizza Hut were brought out by Chinese who decided to target only a Chinese audience, or Mexicans who decided to target only a Mexican audience.
8. What kind of question is this, what's the difference?, Pizza is a great success wherever made by whomever. The big success is because it started as an innovation.. I don't have any idea of who owns Pizza Hut.. but I like it.
