How to earn Big Success when training in 24/7 mode.(ps2)?

can anyone teach me without short form word. i want to know how to get Big Success on Excercise training mode (charisma, strength, hardcore, stamina...etc)

1. You have to upgrade your skills i.e. michrophone and on camera, that way when you do movie hero or villain, you can get big success. It's easier if you use an already high rated star, like Batista or John Cena, because their training skills are already in the 90s. When your on camera skills are all the way up to 100, if you do Movie Villain, you can make as much as $18,000 for doing it. It's fatigues you alot, so make sure your guy gets rest before the next match or it would be harder to win. Most of the big Successes are random, cause I tried doing movie Villain twice in a row, and failed right after I got big success.
