how to get big success in 24/7 mode wwe smackdown vs raw 2008 ps2?

I REALLY WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET BIG SUCCESS IN 24/7 MODE. WENT I FIRST TRAIN MY CREATED SUPERSTAR it shows that i got a BIG SUCCESs with the amount of +2.00 and fatigue 5%, then went i tried the forth time, i only got success with the amount of +1.00 and fatigue 5%.
