When is happy hour? In a bar from what hour to what hour or days?

When is happy hour exactly , is this just a phrase or a real thing?

2. Happy hour depends on the bar itself.Happy hour would give you like beer---dollar a bottle.drinks---2 for one.Like that .They have their own hours for it,and some do not have it.....
3. The hours between 4pm-7pm when folks are getting off work and heading home are referred to as "happy hour". This timeframe usually includes drinks and food at a discounted price. Monday through Friday only.
