How to play simple happy birthday on a piano? Simple one will do, please help, its urgent?

Please can anyone provide me with the most simple piano score or just give me the alphabet to play a very simple happy birthday tune. This girl I love plays the piano and I want to surprise her by playing a simple tune for her, I have no piano experience at all, all i know about piano is that it starts with c d e f g a b. Isit possible to play knowing the alphabets only?
