  1. no idea above and beyond the e-card..i mean what can you do?
  2. Here's a crazy idea, how about you say "happy birthday"?
  3. Cyber
  4. Get their home address and send them flowers.
  5. call him/her, or e-cards, is all i know, write a letter or email that person
  6. A simple poem and a simple happy birthday.
  7. Naked picture of you in the ol' inbox.
  8. take some pics of what the "party" would be like and e-mail them...
  9. Webcam, marilyn munroe dress, large birthday cake...
  10. Have a cheezy b-list actor record a video and send it to him/her. Or, they can call him/her on the phone.
  11. happy birthday dear online friend.
  12. If they are an online friend... the cheesy card is your only option. If you know them (well) which means their real name and address... I'm partial to a gift basket. You need to know what they're into and how to get it to them. BTW, unless you really know someone... they are not a friend. Online people are not real. Take care!
  13. jus record"happy birthday 2 yew" and send to her/him would really be surprised and happy
  14. I search the net for pix of things they have an emotional connection to [kittens for a birthday girl who LOVES kittens or dead bodies and a bankrupt nation for Chaney/Bush]. It takes some time and imagination to come up with the right ones but you'll know them as soon as you see them. It offers both immediate pleasure and the knowledge that you cared enough to put in the effort and ingenuity to find the right message. And a heart felt poem won't hurt either.
  15. if u have paint on ur comp make one and send it make it the way u want so it isn't cheasy
  16. Cards are never cheesy, but that's only if you make it your own. I agree with the paint idea, or if you want to, commission someone to photoshop a card for ya. There are always someone willing to make someone's day for free. I used to write scenes for my online friends example: 'Kani's heart started hammering in her chest as JustKen led her by the hand to his apartment. She knew he had something special planned, but she didn't know what. Kani could almost imagine a romantic dinner with candle light with her favorite food waiting for her...Macaroni and cheese. "Close your eyes." Just murmured with a smile, she smiled back and obeyed that voice of his. She heard the door open and he pulled her inside. When she finally opened her eyes, the lights flew on and all her friend's jumped from their hiding places "Surprise!" and she noticed all the balloons and banners with "Happy Birthday" all over the place. This was better than the candle light dinner she thought as she looked at all her friends." (Excerpt from "Happy birthday Kani." by Juannabanana.) It may seem cheesier than a card, but even the most sophisticated of my online chat friends loved finding a special story written just for her. It helped them feel connected with each other. If you don't feel confident as a writer, then again, commission someone to write for you. there are always good Samaritans willing to help you out.
