What to put on a birthday card for the girlfriend?

Alright, it's my girlfriend's birthday in about 3 weeks, and I'm unsure as to what to put on the card. Does anyone have any ideas? We love each other very much, so the skies the limit. Nothing would be too much. My first thought was a poem. Does anyone have a nice poem they know that I could put on one? Any ideas would be great, except for the answer I got yesterday from this nice fellow whom said " Stop being a softc0k. put your penis on the card and say happy birthday " Thank you.
