What were the attiributes of Pinky Tuscadero on Happy Days?

A friend of mine called me "Pinky Tuscadero". I had never heard of her before and he stated "I am like Pinky Tuscadero". What does that mean? I know she was Fonz' girlfriend on Happy Days briefly, but what were the attributes of the character? I have looked online and can't find shit. Should I consider it a compliment or an insult??

5. She was also a musician. She would appear in some kind of metallic jump suit with a pink scarf and she would have an electric guitar. I don't think she had red hair. She was a little "butch" and kind of like Melissa Etheridge.
