how do u know when ur bunny is happy...?

i was wondering how u know wen ur bunny is happy, oh yeah, and how do u know when its angry or uncomfortable or sad? also do female bunnies go into heat or have periods?

2. I know my rabbit is happy when he runs around the house jumping in the air. It's hard to tell when animals like rabbits are sad/sick, as they tend to hide illness. Your best bet is to know your rabbit well and if he/she is acting different than something is probably wrong.
3. Happy bunnys, jump skip, jump sideways and generally run around alot, when my bunny is in a bad mood, she grunts when touched, so when she does that its best just to leave them be. Im not sure about the periods, but i dont think so, as the rabbit i have now is a female, and ive had her for 2 years and nothing like that has happened, please dont get freaked out when she starts to pull fur out, shes just nesting.
4. I know she's happy because she throws her feet up in the air and skips around the house. She also "purrs" when I squish her face, which her favorite place to be pet. When she's mad, she thumps or growls. When she was sick, her eyes weren't as bright as they normally are. She didn't eat and she just laid there. Rabbits are very fragile so if your rabbit ever displays unusual symptoms take them to the veterinarian. If I didn't take her to the vet when I did, the vet said she would've died that afternoon. As for being in heat, I think they show more aggression. My rabbit was spayed before I brought her home from the animal shelter so I'm not sure about what it's like when a female rabbit has her period. I would assume they do since they are mammals. A bit of advice about spaying/neutering rabbits, it's healthier for them if you get them fixed. For more information, visit the attached link. 5. when my bunny comes to the cage door and twitches her nose at me she is happy if she is upset or mad she will foot stomp to let me know Female rabbits do not get a heat cycle that act of sex is what causes them to release their eggs.
