What successful business person do you most admire most and model your own after?

Please keep in mind proper business ethics, morals and a sense of charcter as I am looking at all others to start my own. Where have all the good people gone?

1. Martha Steward. She's easier to copy than Oprah - who in my opinion his HANDED everything. Martha does stop that is more reachable.
2. Bill Gates, I once heard he spoke to teens at a symposium and offered them keys to success. Whether any of them listened, I don't know...(btw, it was a Christian radio station....) One of his twelve points was something like this: In my days, Mcdonalds was an opportunity, not a job..... He had 11 more like this, and with my teen age daughter now, his advice seemed so relevant. Teens now rely so much on what their parents "give" them that they hardly have to work on their own to achieve anything. Bill Gates worked, dreamed, and lived his own destiny, so any advice from him would seem sound....

4. I admire Joe & Tom Long in who are the founders of Longs Drug stores in who started the Company in the west coast in 1938. It is well known in California even in the Hawian Islands. The Store in what Im talking about is not only a Pharmacy store they sell many other things such as food sodas etc. If you want to check it out you can go to :Http:// www.Longs.com.
