1. Unfortunately, by and large, success is usually/only measured by ruthless bank balance/assets.
2. A successful business man is one who follows his dream, knows how to create a vision for his employees, leads by example, isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and yet keep his mouth clean, has personal and corporate integrity, makes a profit (business is business and you still have to worry about that bottom line!), and above all, keeps his family at the top of his list of priorities ("success" at work means nothing if you lose your family).
3. A man who has to much money at the end of the month. One how balances his life well.
