1. Experience!!! Experience if very important!!!! Most people will overlook your education as long as you have a diploma, if you have great experience... Education is like a plus when you have great experience. Education!!! Nobody wants to hire a dummy!!! You at least need a Bachelors degree in the Goverment to start off good. If you dont have one, make sure your experience matches the qualifications of the position. If you dont have a degree, make sure you get one once you get in, you will become more valuable jobwise and income wise. Communication: Grammar.Writing.MS OFFICe.Etc How well is your writing? Are you able to type pretty well? Do you have MS Office experience, and if so how much? Also, what other programs do you know whether its for Human Resources, or the IT Field. These are the main three...but rememeber others like social skills, problem solving, etc...
