Which American Political Candidate is a threat to American Democracy?

Here is my fear... Putin in Russia will try to become the next Czar/Dictator of Russia Chavez will become Venezuela's Dictator. What is to stop an American Candidate, such as Edwards, Clinton, Obama, Guliani, Romney or Huckabee respecting term limits? President Bush is a failure at trying to become America's first Dictator, maybe the NEXT President will be more successful.

4. Chavez got his asss handed to him, so he will quiet down for awhile. Putin will be out for a while too. 5. President Bush has never tried ANYTHING toward becoming a dictator. Chavez lost the vote. As for what is to stop an American candidate from becoming a dictator...over 200 million citizens. Your conspiracy helmet is showing. As for your original question...Hillary is the greatest threat to democracy because she is a radical socialist. Obama is the biggest threat to national security.
6. What is to stop a future president from extending Bush's unitary executive power grab? The people of the United States of America, if we ever wake up, realize what's at stake, and hold our elected officials accountable if they don't stand for the rule of law the the word of the Constitution.
