What is the difference between a successful relationship and a bad one?

Maybe: people that actually get along and talk about their problems and resolve them instead of using violence or yelling at each other. They care about each other and have understanding for each other instead of fighting and going nowhere. idk any suggestions?

1. to get off the bat i know im in a very successful relationship :) I and my girlfriend will get into a fight but we dont use violence or yelling in our fights mostly it is we talk about it and try to comprimize and talk it out and we say sorry when we relize we did wrong im sooo close to my girlfriend we ahve been going out for 9months and 1/2 it has been the most best days of my life nothing is better than being with her and when we are in a fight we talk about it all the time and we care sooo much about each other and we have understanding for each other too :) we try to talk in person more than anything b/c my parents suck and they only let me somtimes go out to her house so we can talk in person.........gosh i love her sooo much i really know im in a succesfull relationship and it has been a great time with her and she is sooo amazing :)
