What is considered the best age gap between a man and a woman for successful relationship?

1. nothing beyond 18 to 20 years difference. Robbing the cradle otherwise...
2. mythology told that a guy of 18 yrs have same mind like a 12yrs old girl...so for me the agre gap must be 6yrs.

13. it depends. Girls want older men untill they reach maturity (25 or so). After maturity, they want younger men. Generally speaking.

15. Normally, same age to 1-4 years difference, with the man being the older. Logically, the woman about 4-5 years older, women tend to live around 5 years longer than men, and assuming it is a life long relationship, neither would have to go for long without their other half.
16. I don't know that there have ever been any studies done that conclusively proved that there is an optimal age difference between men and women. I do know that anyone older than 20 should not be dating anyone in high school or younger as they are just taking advantage of a naive, younger person.

18. I know it's short, but I've found that 1-3 years difference is the best, especially if you're younger than 18. If you're older than 18, I'd say 1-4.

21. i think that the best age gap would be at the most 10. but it would only work if both are into the same thing. and there is not a level of unmaturity.sometimes the guy things that the girl needs to grow up and feels like they can do anything they want with her. and the women might feel as if they are talking to some 15 yr old. i think it depends on the relationship. not on the age. and if it does work both need to understand that there might be some difficulties on the future and when it comes just be ready and not face it as a surprice but as the time has come.
