What is the definition of a success life and how can a person make his life successful in conspirecies?

Actually im working with a Tv channel since last 4 years,i started my career in dynamic way as a producer,after 3 years i was transfered in other division for the betterment but since 2 years the new div didnt utilize me in any production now once again iam transfering in my old div...my problem is this that im feeling myself as a rolling stone and thinking perhaps i my self is not capable,feeling inferiority complex and affraid wether i can do better in future or not and need guideline to make myself as a successful man.What stretegy should i apply in future?

1. Everybody defines success differently. So what is your definition of success? Yes, It seems that you are being kick here and there and nobody enjoys this type of treatment. I believe that there should be more than 1 TV broadcast station in your country. If you are couageous enough, you should leave your current company and join the other company. I feel that one day your talent will be recognised is some ways
