What credit cards offer 1.9% for life on balance tranfers?

Please provide links to credit cards besides Discover, with 1.9% for life on balance transfers and no annual fee. I am aware there are fees I have to pay on balance transfers. I am confident I will get approved because my credit score being 783. Thanks and God Bless!
