How to wish happy birthday to a girl I like?

I need some suggestions on how to wish happy birthday over the phone to a girl I like.

2. Are you friends with her, if so, call her, when she picks up, say happy birthday ! If your not friends with her, then hmm...

10. Personally, I would love it if a guy were to call me on my birthday and just sing, as loud as possible, Happy Birthday. Of course, only do this if it's her cell phone and you're sure she is going to pick up. Don't say anything, just burst out singing at the top of your lungs. And make sure that you aren't singing sarcastically; she has to know that you mean it and really like her.
11. If you sing well, sing the song "Happy Birthday" to her. Unless she's shy...then it will probably embarrass her. Be sure to say that the call is from you: ...Happy Birthday, dear [name] Happy Birthday to you! Hey, this is [name]. I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday! You can add to the message part too. Just a suggestion. =)

I'm glad that you're telling her happy birthday to her. any girl who hears that on her birthday is going to melt into a pool of chocolate. lol well start with a conversation and talk for a bit. don't just tell her happy b-day and hang up. she'll get upset that way. and then after you guys have been talking for a while say " I know todays a special day for you, I want to wish you a happy birthday." keep things sweet and simple. I'm sure you two are still young. good luck. you seem like you're really confident.
13. You can't do much over the phone. Try sending her telegram on her birthday. I always do this and everyone who receives it does seem to love it. It's a classic. Think! How many people do receive telegram on their birthday?
14. A simple Happy Birthday right off the bat in the beginning of the phone call should really show her you care. Catching someone by surprise is always a good thing. Then you can talk about her after the surprise, like how was her day/how did her birthday go(late at the day) or what is she planning to do for her birthday (around the morning). You should know (you do have her number) what she likes, her personality, so go from there. Basically be yourself, once you start a lot taking advice from other people, you become a little like that person, and less like yourself. So listen to your heart. Face to face sounds better but if you can't then a phone call should still be appreciated.
