Has anyone been successful in getting Medicare to pay for the Insulet Corp. Omnipod insulin pump system?

Prior to becoming eligible for Medicare, my wife was covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA. They fully covered both the PDM and pods of the Omnipod system. It is not true that no insurance plan pays for this treatment system. BTW they also paid for my CPAP machine.

1. no. no medical insurance company covers this much needed supplement. same rules as people who suffer sleep apnea. no coverage for very expensive care units.
