It can be controlled by only by a reformed form of education, providing the younger ones with more jobs, make the cultivatable lands with successful great yeilds and the people earnestly yeild their lives to the nation.

first of all ur in the wrong catagory...second of all caste system has been abolished in India and is illegal to practice. and slavery again is a ancient concept which im not sure is totally away but the govt is tryin its best..and if u r not an Indian ,thn this ques from u was a very ignorant and amazingly arrogent and opinionated person and being an Indian i dont like it.and if u r an Indian too thn again man ,stupidity on ur part.
Through education.Education is a universal leveler of men.If we all know the same thing we have nothing to hold over another. Eventually education will eradicate the ills you have mentioned
