Is it possible to be a successful part-time real estate agent, who does temp work?

I have the drive, and the motivation, but a girl still has bills! Can't stop those! Anyone have experience being a part-time agent - and if so, what tips and tricks helped you become full-time?

1. It's theorectically possible but highly unlikely. Success usually comes from long hours of hard work.
2. Agree with the first answer. Too much to handle if your only going to do it part time.
3. The only thing that will let you be full time is generating enough leads to get enough business to make a full-time income. That takes a combination of time, experience, networking, and advertising. Rarely will any one of those be enough by itself to get you the steady base of clients you need.
4. I doubt it, you need to be available around the clock, but absolutely can not work if you are not available 9 - 5, when all of the banks, title companies, etc are working. You can not close deals part time.
