What advertising materials should I look into to help promote me as a new real estate agent?

I've recently taken my first real estate job at keller williams and am looking at a few different ways to get my name out there. I have already ordered business cards and will be getting my own website soon but outside of that what are good ways to catch peoples attention? Im looking into things like brochures, door hangers, table tents etc.. Any other ideas or things that you have found to be more successful than others? Thank you!

1. Hi there, Before anything you better decide how big is your budget for advertising. Besides the medias that you've already chosen I'd recommend you to first finish your website well. Following the same conceptual design you can do the brochures, then look into making your own banner to advertise on other websites of the same interest. You can also think about the "guerrilla" advertising which is also a cheap way to advertise in a specific area. Finish it one by one and do it well designed. - The packaging is what sells the product. Good luck.
