Which of these Women's issues are the worst of McCain's Views?

1. contraceptive access and funding for anti-violence shelters. If someone gets pregnant during a rape, they should have the option of the EC pill, or abortion. It is very important that places such as planned parenthood stay open with access to these methods of birth control. My fear is that funding for these organizations will diminish if McCain is voted into office. Being hit, beaten, abused, are all things that are very hard to deal with. Battered women shelters make it EASIER to leave. From experience, if these were to not be available anymore, it would shatter millions of women's lives. These are needed in this country. McCain is an idiot, and is too old to understand the issues that Americans face on a day to day basis. Everyone is so worried about what is going on over seas, they don't realize that Our People are struggling with MANY issues that the government needs to intervene. Maybe Obama will be able to take these issues and find solutions to them. I don't think McCain even knows what is going on.
2. That is why, we have to turn out come November 4, 2008 for Obama/Biden. We can go thru four more years of the last eight.
3. Let me understand you.... You take the opinion of Kim Gandy..... a woman who has publicly endorsed Obama..... a woman who cites no proof that McCain actually holds any or all of these views.... from an article published in one of the most liberal rags in America..... And you claim it is true.... I do not like McCain personally......But what politician with half a brain would stand for pay inequity based on gender.... that is suicide.... McCain is a lot of things but he ain't stupid McCain is pro-life..... one could say he stands for the "civil rights" of the unborn..... the right of the helpless baby to be protected from the selfish mother.... "CIVIL RIGHTS"..... How could any American politician survive being anti-civil rights.... that defies common sense. Not funding shelters and ant-violence programs..... Where could you possibly find any politician who would be stupid enough to advocate that ....Arizona ( McCain's state) has thousands of such shelters and programs.... I worked with several in the Tucson area.... AND that last one.....what does that mean exactly.... you mean he was against (????) pregnancy leave for fathers ..... maybe there is a good reason this is a bad idea.... maybe all these work benefits are driving up the cost of doing business in America .....making us non-competitive in the world market..... making us a "service" not a manufacturing nation.....causing factories to move overseas in order to survive.... You might find it beneficial to take a course in economics.... pregnancy leave does not solve problems it creates them..... minimum wage does not solve problems it creates them..... union benefits do not solve problems they creates them There is a difference between what "feels good" and what is actually good for the economy....good for the nation
