How does the office powerpath mastermind a successful autocracy ?

A free society of free thinking contented individuals with a strong will to perform and excel at any given task. Industrial productivity is manufactured according to size of population. A need to form permanent alliances is erased as all coexist as one. It is a basic template but a sound premise if founded upon, and orchestrated for the love of humanity and its happiness than by any other ulterior motives overriding this premise.
