How does receiving a happy birthday wish from someone you don't like make you feel?

The situation: someone hurts you .. and ends up regretting what they did to you, apologising and doing everything they can to make it up to you. You respond by ignoring/rejecting all their attempts to make amends. Half a year passes, and you've not seen or spoken to them since. It's your birthday today and they leave you a happy birthday wish on Facebook/MySpace. How do you feel? [Random question, I know .. but I'd appreciate thoughts/answers!]

3. confused ...thats just a sucky situation. happened to you, or you did it to someone?
4. You know, I do smile a little... Because they still remembered.. But I usually don't respond... Just accept the birthday comment, and move on :)
