one of my guy mates is careless should i wish him happy birthday?

he never texts me or hardly anybody on their birthday.. i kind of fancy him and he knows that.. will he know how much i care by saying happy birthdsy at midnight or is he just totally careless and i shouldnt say it? he also never turns up when we plan to meet what could be rong with him am i foolng my self by wishing him?

Maybe later on if you still feel you must. a belated wish let him know how busy you are and it just slipped your mind.You now have the power. act like you're not interested anymore. you have very important things going on in your life. if he picks a time to meet don't show up. now he probably didn't show up either. don't say anything unless he brings it up. maybe he did show up this time who knows? Just tell him you got so involved in a project that time got away from you and you thought it really didn't matter anyway because you figured he didn't show up either so why worry about it. this may all sound weird to you but now you have the upper hand and have become a challenge. Men usually want what they can't have. so work it to your advantage. good luck to you.
13. Some people are just like that. Maybe he has been hurt alot by friends or family in the past and so plays it close. Text him. Showing somebody they're special and you're thinking of them is always worth it! Make a difference to him.
