2. A.) What is wrong with saying happy birthday? That's just being polite :) B) If you are both in good terms, why not? C) If the both of you are friends, then it shouldn't be a problem. But if you aren't talking anymore, I suggest to stop... that can be alittle stalkerish.

4. I dont see the big deal of wishing someone happy birthday. Its nice when someone remembers your birthday. If you are on good terms with your ex, then yes, say happy birthday. If not, you still could/should.
5. Yeah sure why not I mean you were involved in some way even if it was just physical. And if an ex wants to do that that's good too it shows you meant something to him. Personally I like everyone possible to wish me happy birthday.
6. I would say yes to the guy that you are only fooling around with but no to the ex. Only if you run into each other and he says happy birthday that is if he remembers other then that no. An ex is and ex and unless there is a possibility that he could be more again then ok. But for the guy you are just fooling around with yea he should. Maybe even make your birthday nigh *wink wink*
7. YES DUH! but I wouldn't wait on it, if y'all just f buddies! this is both B and C it depends on how u parted ways some of my friends that were special that I still communicate with I'll wish them Happy Birthday the ones that were jerks of course not!
8. I think you SHOULD send birthday wishes to your ex-boyfriend. I'm sure he misses those passionate nights he spent with you.
