what are the lyrics to the restaurant version of happy birthday?

I never know what they are saying when they sing it. its not the traditional happy birthday to you, the first bit goes happy happy birthday... and that's all i know.

1. Corporate restaurants all have their own different versions of a "birthday song".....they do not sing "Happy Birthday" because someone actually owns the song and could demand a fee everytime it was sung. And yes this is true, when happy birthday is sung at public events.....whoever owns it gets paid.
