What is Happy Birthday Harry Suppose to mean?

today i met a dj and they hav this thing where u can txt them ad u see it on a screen... he said that it was filtered so nothing bad would g through like 'happy birthday harry' what is it suppose to mean?

1. I think that what he meant was if you're at club or something they probably have a system set up that lets you send text messages to be displayed on a screen at a party, but the filter blocks insults, curse words, and the like. He was probably just using "Happy Birthday Harry" as an example of an acceptable text.
