What do you do to make yourself in a happy mood when you are mad or upset?
When you are mad or upset at something or someone, what do you do to make yourself in a happy mood so you won't be mad? Tell me what you would do.

- For me, dance makes me feel tons better. Exercise is great for relieving stress or anger - and it's good for you.
- Listen to my favorite band, Augustana. Or, sometimes I write down my favorite funny quotes and when I'm mad I look at them and they make me happy. :)
- What Makes me happy is when i make other people happy to. As I quote "There are two ways to spread happiness, either be the light that shines it or the mirror that reflects it" ;-D
- I just think of something really really stuplid someone has done, something that you laugh at all the time like for me its zoidberg on futurama making that stupid wowowowow noise and walking side ways or a cuddle, a cuddle does it everytime for me, tell someone your mad and you need a cuddle, that makes everything better.
- I think of all the better things that will come out of the situation and maybe go out and enjoy myself or do something to take my mind off it but there are occasions that you can't make yourself in a happy mood and have to deal with it for a while, **** happens you just have to make the best out of it so you don't regret it or anything :P or there is always light comedies and TV programmes that cheer me up like Shameless etc or some music that is not depressing!

- firstly you should try finding out what upsets you and try making a joke out it or speak to your best friend about it for no more than 30 min.change the topic to a topic you enjoy discussing with your friend don't be afraid to invite others so that the topic discussed is more fun but at the time has facts.
