Has anyone had success using an online bankruptcy forms preparation company?

Since I have to file chapter 7 bankruptcy for some relief, I think it's understandable that I can't afford the $1300+ fee that most lawyers charge. I would like to know if anyone has used an online forms preparation company, and if they actually had success. Thanks for your help.
