Any one had success in losing weight and toning up without a going to a gym?
If you have had success what diet, exercise program and equipment you used to lose and maintain your new weight? I am a vegetarian and I have a daily struggle to find time to exercise.

- yea def. i just stopped myself from eating so much and just lifted whatever was kinda heavy in my house and ran every day for 30 mins and i got great results
- Yes. You can do the following exercises at home and get a great workout: 1. Push-ups--shoot for 35. 2. Kick boxing --1 hour 2 or 3 times a week 3. Crunches, bicycle crunches and Long Arm crunches
- I ride my bike a lot, take long walks, and occasionally jog, this helps tone the stomach and legs. Included with my low calorie diet its helping me lose weight.
