1. It's "Dragonworld". You probably have a paramount VHS tape somewhere. A lot of them had a compilation of trailers with the "Happy Days" song which included that movie. This is all i could find on youtube. It starts at 1:46: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSOHNwVnOc0 You could be talking about "Prehysteria", too. It's also on the tapes. You could also be thinking about "Dinosaurs", a 90's TV show that somewhat resembles the movie.
