Why did Fonzie grow so dependent on the Cunninghams in Happy Days?

Public Comments

  1. Because he came out of the closet.
  2. Because they made him feel welcome and loved
  3. Because he's lazy? I dunno I'm just guessing because I don't know what you're talking about :P
  4. To keep his inflatable ego inflated
  5. Because they loved and accepted him in spite of his "bad boy" ways. Plus: Marion could really cook!
  6. He just wanted to have a family. Plus, I think there was some chemistry going on between the Fonz and Mrs. Cunningham.
  7. he had to say "eeehhh"
  8. I think we all know about the special relationship he had with "Mrs. C". The Fonz ruled the younger women, but was a slave to the charms of the MILF downstairs. Go figure.
  9. I had the idea that he didn't have a family of his own except for his nephew. He was like adding spice to an otherwise dull family.
  10. Because is Fonzie!
  11. because they took him in, let him bang girls in their over-garage apartment(Shh.don't tell Mrs. C), and they were his surrogate family. EEEeyyyyy!
  12. Hmm... I noticed the same thing about Hyde in That 70's Show. Maybe the un-nurtured side wanted some loving?
  13. Well. Why Do You Think he did?
  14. Freeloader.
  15. Because Fonzie never had a family or a home EDIT- "The MILF downstairs" lmfao XD
  16. It was a way to see if Fonzie would be able to stand up on his own and his own show and still get the ratings.
