Do you think happy days are here again?

Now that the stocks are rallying? Is the long cold winter over?

1. Happy as in what? If you are referring to the sun & warmer weather...then yes. That other stuff, I don't have the money or the contacts to bother with.
2. Don't know about all that. In my experience, the happy days have never been gone.
3. I'm happy that there are people who are finally willing to acknowledge there has been an economic meltdown. The problem is impossible to fix without acknowledging it.
4. nope -- the road will be just as rough for the next few months - but as long as the wine is cold and the cheese if great happy days will always be here!!!
5. No not yet, too many unemployed and poor economy overall. Happy to see the rally on Wall Street but we have a long way to go. Winter here isn't over yet, either ;-(.
6. happy days for a few select people, but for most Americans, happy days are a long way off. the stock market is not stable and will falter many more times before it hopefully stabilizes for any length of time.
7. Happy Days never left us out here where I hang my hat. Personal wealth invested in stocks and bonds and commodities and futures and such are darn good ways to loose a bundle. With money invested in land and some little livestock you are not exposed to great unforeseen losses. Being land poor ain't the most glamorous way of life but I think I sleep better than some folks do, too.
8. I believe what the song says, And its getting better all the time. Forget who sang it.
9. With all the spending that they had to do to even get the stocks to go up the last 3 days in a row, it's not going to be very happy for anyone for the next couple of generations. Their still saying there's a 1 in 6 chance that we're going to fall into a depression.
10. I think it is a little too soon to start celebrating.
11. I'm not going to celebrate just yet but it sure is nice to have a few days without doom and gloom
12. There are no happy days, and never have been.

14. Yes the sun is shining and the weather is warming. Other than that, I try to ignore it.
