How can I get the round yellow happy face expressions on my computer?

My computer used to have little yellow balls with all types of different expressions that you could click on to add next to a statement or question you were typing to someone. Where can I find that on my computer?

1. I'm assuming you mean emoticons on your chat program? What are you asking to find - the specific images? try looking in your chat program's folder... It's really very difficult to help you when you don't specify what program you're using.
