What are the countries that are top & successful in bilingual or trilingual education?

Name some if you know. Why do you think they are successful while others are not so successful in it?

1. well in hong kong you have mandarin,cantonese,english and there are plenty of international school like german swis and french international school (FIS) In fis you can choose to learn mandarin or Latin But you must do enlgish,french,spanish FIS got the top marks in the whole of asia for IGCSE'S
2. Well most countries who don't speak English have English as a second language. Especially countries in the Middle East, Europe, Asia.. Also there are countries such as Belgium, Switzerland, etc.. who have more than one official languages.
