How can i become a successful makeup artist?

I'm 16 and 'i've loved makeup since forever and i'm always watching tutorials on youtube. But what does it take to become a really really successful makeup artist? I understand there's alot of competition?

1. Go to a really good cosmotology school and learn all you need to know.
2. You need to read everything you can on makeup. Maybe get a part time job as a beauty adviser that's what i do and help people pick out the right shades that match their skin tones and learn how to do that first then apply for different schools and hopefully you get in.. but you need to be able to match skin tones with colors perfectly otherwise you don't stand a chance.. good luck :)
3. IM 13 YEARS OLD AND I LOVE EYESHADOW ! I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE IT LOOK NICE THOUGH . . YOU SHOULD TEACH ME LOL /// JUST PRACTICE ON PEOPLE LIKE MAYBE YOUR MOM OR SISTERS COUSINS OR CLOSE FRIENDS PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT....
